We presently offer international shipping services to over 30 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of our discerning customers whilst delivering exceptional service and support.
How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS. Packages from our warehouses in China will be shipped via ePacket or EMS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately at the present moment we only provide shipping to over 30 countries around the world. It is good to note that due to logistical restrictions, there are some locations within the countries we serve that we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those restricted locations, we will contact you.
What about customs fees and other payables?
We are not responsible for any customs fees – or any incurred taxes, duties, import fees, postal service holding fees and/or reshipment/redelivery Fees – for any of the items purchased from our online store. Any purchase/s of our product/s constitutes full agreement to our terms, conditions and policies, which also includes your understanding and consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that you are solely responsible for any additional payable fees that may be incurred when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping normally take?
Shipping time varies by location, shipping options selected and availability of the items. In general, the conservative estimated shipping time with the “Free Normal Shipping” option typically ranges from 30 to 45 days, however it is possible that packages with “Free Normal Shipping” also arrive much earlier than our estimate.
With paid shipping options that we offer – Standard and Expedited – shipping times are much faster as packages with these shipping options will be fulfilled and shipped out faster.
Below is a breakdown of shipping options we provide:
- FREE NORMAL SHIPPING : 30 to 45 days* excluding 4 to 7 days* processing • Free for all items
- STANDARD SHIPPING : 15 to 30 days* excluding 4 to 7 days* processing • $9.95 base fee plus $0.95 per item within same order
- EXPEDITED SHIPPING : 7 to 15 days* excluding 4 to 7 days* processing • $19.95 base fee plus $0.95 per item within same order
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR PURCHASES OVER $200 IN A SINGLE ORDER** : Any order totaling $200 or more in a single order* qualify for Free Standard Shipping
These shipping times are conservative estimates. Actual shipping times are very much dependant on a variety of factors, however, in most cases, packages are delivered much earlier than the estimates stated here. Business days are general working weekdays and excludes weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and public holidays of the countries the package is shipping from and the countries the package is shipping to.
** Refers to total cost of the single order after any discounts or coupons.
Do you provide tracking information?
Tracking information of paid shipping options will come with tracking information. You will receive an email once your order ships out that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. If you opt for “Free Shipping”, tracking information may or may not be provided, however you can rest assured that we will always strive to secure the best shipping options, even for products that come with “Free Shipping”.
My tracking says “No Information Available At The Moment”. What should I do?
For some shipping companies, it may take anywhere between 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
Due to the fact that our inventory are stored in multiple warehousing facilities, there will be a high likelihood that orders of multiple varying items will be delivered separately in two (2) or more packages. Example: Your order consists of a snapback cap, a ring and a t-shirt; and because the ring and t-shirt are stored in the same warehouse facility, these will be delivered in one (1) package, while the snapback cap stored at another facility, will be delivered in a separate package. Depending on the shipping method you selected (except Free Shipping), will provide you with two (2) tracking numbers for the delivery of your orders.
Cancellation of Orders
– Cancellation of orders must be done within 24 hours of approved payment.
– Cancellation of order will not be accepted after 24 hours of approved payment as the packaging and shipping process would have begun.
– Changing of Order details
– Change of order details must be done within 24 hours of approved payment.
– Changing of order details will not be accepted after 24 hours of approved payment as the packaging and shipping process would have begun.
Refunds & Returns
You may request for a refund or return/reshipment for ordered products subject to the following:
Your order IS ELIGIBLE for refund/return if
- You did not receive your order within the stipulated time frame for the shipping method you selected. Click here to view shipping methods.
- You received the wrong item.
- You received a defective/damaged product.
Your order IS NOT ELIGIBLE for refund/return if
- You missed or repeatedly missed the delivery of the order and the order is returned to us by your local postal service or the courier company. In which case, you can choose to have it re-shipped to your shipping address (once we receive the returned package) at an additional shipping fee, as per our Shipping Policy.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control. For example, you provided a wrong shipping address or a “restricted address” type for your shipping address. Refer to our Shipping Policy.
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances or factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, insurrection, riots, criminal activity, natural disasters, disruption of communications or infrastructure, labor shortages or disruptions (including unlawful strikes), shortages of materials, and any other events which are not within our control.
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances or factors beyond our control, such as not cleared by customs or customs withhold your order because you have not paid the required duties/fees/taxes. Refer to our Shipping Policy.
- You received your order but has exceeded the 30-day guarantee period.
- You have “Buyer’s Remorse” – whereby after receiving and using the product/s you ordered, you feel that you do not like the product/s and want to have it returned for a refund.
- The product/s you ordered are products were marked on “SALE”. These products marked with “SALE” are markdown priced for final sale and are not eligible for refunds or return.
If you are requesting for a refund, we may request for you to ship or return the product/s back to us before proceeding any further.
For any returns, you shall be solely responsible for bearing the cost/s of the return and for ensuring that the return package abides by the following conditions:
- The product/s to be returned must be in its original “as-received” unused condition and in its original packaging.
- The product/s to be returned must be without any visible user marks (such as scratches, dents, peels, or any signs of wear & tear etc).
- The product/s to be returned must be in its completeness and have no missing parts or components. Please ensure that you include all parts/components of the “as-received” product/s in the return package. If a product was delivered to you with one or more broken pieces, please include those parts in the return package as well.
- The return package of the product/s to be returned must include all paper documentations/materials, user manual/s, guarantee cards, accessories, etc that came with the product/s
